An Exploration of the Relationship Among Earthly Elements. Earth, Sky, Mineral & Fire are metaphors for Man’s existence. Earth to Sky is a relationship of immensity: open space, limitless and unbounded; an expansion of heart and mind to be free and continually moving, to explore. Mineral to Fire is a relationship of containment: subterranean, deep, tight and close, releasing heat; a contraction of self but not of passion. These keys, these elements are connected to one’s origin: that physical place that calls to each of us, that earthly region to which each of our hearts are most fully connected.
